A Lifetime Distinction
MANOOI is proud to announce that the company has been recognized with two highly respected awards in 2025, reflecting its commitment to ethical business conduct and to fostering a strong, people-centered workplace culture.
We are delighted to share that MANOOI has been awarded the 2025 Business Ethics Award, one of Hungary’s most distinguished recognitions for responsible and integrity-driven companies. The award was received by Judit Zoltai, CEO and co-founder of MANOOI, at a distinguished and uplifting gala ceremony, where the company was also represented by Anikó Rupp, Communications Manager.
For more than 26 years, the Business Ethics Award has honored Hungarian companies that operate responsibly and with integrity in the business world. Each year, only 10 companies earn the right to bear the title of “Ethical Business”. Candidates are evaluated according to strict criteria by leaders of companies that have previously received the award, ensuring a rigorous and peer-driven assessment process.
The distinction is awarded for life, carrying with it the responsibility of preserving its honor. Ethical and responsible business conduct is rooted in timeless human values that transcend trends and economic cycles. Only the founders of the award have the authority to revoke the right to use the title and its logo.
Established in 2000 by Ervin László—world-renowned scientist, writer, multiple Nobel Peace Prize nominee, and founder of the Club of Budapest—and Mária Demcsák, a defining figure in Hungarian business journalism and founder of Piac & Profit, the award aims to strengthen ethical responsibility within the private sector while supporting societal well-being, employees, environmental stewardship, and the preservation of natural values.
Loveable Workplaces 2025 - Recognizing the Power of Community
In the same year, MANOOI was also awarded the “Loveable Workplaces 2025” recognition, honoring companies that foster inspiring, supportive, and engaging work environments.
From a diverse and competitive pool of applicants, MANOOI was selected as one of the winning companies and was further shortlisted for the special “Work with Us!” award. The certificate was received at the award ceremony by Judit Zoltai, CEO and co-owner, and Anikó Rupp, Communications Manager, on behalf of the entire MANOOI team.
This recognition reflects the dedication, creativity, and passion of everyone at MANOOI, as well as the strong sense of community that defines the company’s everyday work culture. The award was organized by DreamJobs and Quantum, whose efforts continue to highlight exemplary workplaces across Hungary.
